Go head to head with competition in trivia showdown. Land on this spot and challenge any player. Have a member who is not involved in the challenge read the FOT card aloud. Both players will write their answers on separate pieces of paper. Both players will reveal their answers. If one player gets the answer correct and the other does not, the loser of the battle must give the payout reward of the card based on the values below (***). If both players answer the question either correctly or incorrectly, no payout will be made. Draw another FOT card and repeat the process until a payout is complete. Collect and invest in your financial future. Purchase stock in the oil and gold industries at face value to redeem later at market value (see Figure 2. "Purchased Investments" example on page 5). You may redeem your stocks during your turn or at the end of the game.

These cards consist of the stock market index throughout the years from 2020 to 3015 for properties, gold, and oil. Land on this spot to change the investment climate of the game as well as determine your return on investment (ROI) (see Figure 2. "Purchased Investments" example on page 5).

Land on or get sent to this spot and you willl have to pay Tandem Estates' bank $50,000 or you can choose to lose two (2) turns to get out of jail.

Land on this spot and the two shall become one team. Combine all assets (money, property, investments, etc). Combine your single tokens into one and start over at any "Married Start Here" spot.

If the question is answered incorrectly, the married team must divide all assets equally, separate the token, and each player will become single and resume play from a "Single Start Here" spot.

Land on any vacation spot, collect your reward, and fly to the designated property. You do not have to pay rent, if someone owns the property. If no one owns the property, you may purchase it. The property may be auctioned off if the individual or team does not purchase it (see auction rules under Properties / Don't want to but it?).
